DiaboRO - sa ma ierte doamne, doamne, da io am mancat poale'n brau de multe ori si sunt dulci. Ce avem mai sus este asa:

Aluat:

900g faina
400ml apa calduta
3 lingurite de sare
2 lingurite de zahar

Se framanta bine, apoi se fac ~20-21 de bile de dimensiunea unui ou. Apoi se intind pana ajung sa aiba 2-3mm grosime (~25 cm diametru).

Compozitia

500 g carne tocata de vita
o ceapa mare taiata marunt
cimbru
menta
sare
piper
un ou

Compozitia se amesteca bine de tot, apoi se pune cate o lingura in mijlocul fiecarui "cerc" de aluat si se intinde bine cu lingura (sa iasa un strat 4-5mm grosime de carne). Apoi, se indoaie aluatul si se preseaza bine marginile, pentru a nu se desface in tigaie. Se prajesc in baie de ulei (cam 1L de ulei intr-o oala precum cea din poza). Uleiul trebuie bine incins, iar suberecul se tine 1-2 minute pe fiecare parte.


Pastrand compozitia de mai sus se obtine gustul suberecului "de la mare". Daca aveti chef sa fiti creativi, puteti incerca si alte condimente pentru a obtine gusturi cat mai interesante (chilli, enibahar, etc).

Da si la noi, ca tare bine arata. Poate facem un gratar si prin Moldova, pentru cine e pe aproape sau sta in zona unde se agata harta in cui.

le zice prost diavole. Poale in brau face bunica la tara, si se fac dintr-o foaie de aluat oarecum rotunda sau in forma circulara, si se pune in mijloc amestecul de branza sarata de oi/vaci, galbenus de ou, si tot felul de nimicuri care dau gust (vanilie/rom/coaja de portocala/lamaie data pe razatoare), dupa care se intoarce aluatul astfel incat sa sa acopere amestecul in intregime. Se dau la cuptor, se coc bine dupa care se dau pe deasupra cu un amestec de apa si miere de albine.

Eu asa stiu ca se fac poale'n brau a la Moldova.

Se mai aude ceva cu iesirea aia ?....Propun ca administratorii sa ia o decizie asupra datei, orei si locului, iar ceilalti sa se conformeze (cine poate ...bine !, cine nu ...asta e!..), pt ca in stilul asta de lehamite e greu (spre imposibil ) sa ii strangi pe toti.
