salutare am un amic care are o placa de baza stricata dar magazinul online de unde a cumparat placa a dat faliment.
aveti idee unde se poate duce in ro cu placa sa isi rezolve problema?asus parca are garantie internationala...

ms mult,a sunat dar au spus ca ei ofera garantie numai la laptopuri........deci....nu sunt de nici un ajutor practic...

Astia de la EURO SERVICE CENTER sunt cam incuiati , s-ar putea daca nu ai cumparat direct de rhs sa nu`ti accepte placa.

Le poti da un mail la [email protected] cu serial-ul placii de baza si daca o au inscrisa in baza de date , ar trebui sa ti-o repare.

MazuX: ceva noutati? Spune-ne te rog ce ai facut si daca ai ceva / orice raspuns.

Astept vesti! . Este foarte important sa aflam provenienta placii, ca doar nu a aterizat direct la acel onliner fantoma, a trecut pe la un dealer inainte. Si cum exista doar 2 mari si lati dealeri in .ro...

am un amic care are un p6t cumparat de la pcbay si zice ca placa de baza o ia razna la capitolul Voltaje......iar cei de la RHS au spus clar ca nu il pot ajuta deoarece ei ofera suport numai pt notebookuri....

MazuX: ca sa n-o lungim inutil, ai parcurs pasii descrisi de p0cait? chiar imi doresc sa putem rezolva aceasta problema la noi, in Romania, elegant, profi. pentru asta, primul lucru important este sa ne spui daca ai dat mail, daca ai primit raspuns si daca da, ce ti-au spus. mersi frumos
