Am facut o jumatate de incarcare ieri la pranz, cat am si dormit. Cand m-am bagat la somn m-am gandit sa nu dau foc la casa, asa ca am pus-o acolo si am pus o oala peste, just in case. )

Nu mai zic, ca la orice zgomot eram "Whaa, ce, fuck, s-o fi intamplat ceva" si ma trezeam panicat. )

De cand i-am zis prietenei ca ar putea sa faca poc, nu prea a mai stat prin zona aia.

Charging complete, fara evenimente macabre. ) Battery Pack-ul a ajuns la tensiunea nominala de 14.1v, cat ar trebui sa aiba.

Un alt proiect de plictiseala a fost asta:

SPOILER:








9 LED-uri de 3w fiecare, cu lentile care focalizeaza lumina in unghi de 8 grade. Luminozitate a ansamblului de ~2000 lumeni la 3W/led. Toata chestia are un mini LED controller prin care se poate seta puterea sau modul(stroboscop, fade, etc).

Am dat in ele si cu 14.2v, unde au avut consum de 4.1A (~60W, 4000 lumeni!!). Normal, fiecare LED trebuie sa primeasca 3.7V Max, iar atunci are consum de 0.7A. Asa au primit 4.7V @ 1.2A. Drept urmare, un LED din alea 9 a facut Nani-Nani.

Oricum, problema principala a fost racirea, profilul ala de aluminiu e mai mult de forma la puterea asta(rezista insa cu brio daca led-urile sunt in mod stroboscop).

Drept urmare, am in plan sa fac un radiator custom cu racire activa, si anume asa ceva:



M-am uitat dupa marimile de profile de AL si mi-am facut un plan cam ce-as putea face din ele. Problema mare e ca unde am gasit eu de vanzare se dau minim 3m de profil, si n-am ce face cu atat, mai ales la profilul ala de pe baza, 50mm latime, cu 3mm inaltime.

Si inca ceva de care am uitat, lampi custom pentru iluminare numar de la masina. Pentru ca orice led as fi pus in lampa idioata de la Renault, zici ca era pe jumatate ars.

Am folosit banda cu SMD-uri si am pliat-o gen acordeon ca sa intre de 3 ori mai multe led-uri in aceeasi suprafata. Rezultatul e cam asa:

De unde ai led-urile de 3W? (link) ca m-ar interesa pentru iluminarea biroului. Ar fi mai ok alb rece sau cald?

Iti dau link imd ce ajung acasa. Eu zic ca ar fi mai bine alb pur, ~6000k, e mai aproape de albul unui monitor calibrat. Daca mergi pe iluminare ambientala, foarte slaba, merge și cald. Dar slab, gen sub 200mA/led.

O sa ai nevoie de heatsinkuri de cel puțin mărimea celor pentru chipseturile placilor de baza pentru fiecare led. Acum depinde cu cāt dai īn ele.

Vreau sa pun ceva lumina pe birou de sus. Trebuie intai sa ma joc cu un led ca sa imi dau seama cu cat sa dau in el.

Daca e asa mai bine cauta un COB Led de 10W, il racesti mai bine cu un radiator de 5 dolari, 15cm lungime, si merge si la 9-12v. Iti pun niste poze cu ale mele in cateva ore sa-ti faci o idee.

Super. Mai merg si pe la hornbach azi sa vad ce solutii au ei. Marea belea e ca vreau sa am aceasi culoare la toate. Nu amestecat alb cu galben.

Am acuma ceva led-uri amarate albe si un led de putere(3W cred) intr-o lampa de la ikea, dar e galben. As preferea led-uri albe si raman la asta cand am nevoie de putere locala sa vad ceva.

In primele poze sunt la 12.2V, in ultimele doua sunt la 14.4(voltaj de masina pornita). (am gresit calculele in postul initial, asa ca o sa le scriu cu rosu pe cele corecte)

Ala subtire e mai puternic, consuma 0.81A @ 12.2V, adica 10W. 10W la o eficienta medie de 70lm/W(95lm/w), ajungem la ~700lumeni (~950lm). Ala mai mare e mai bland, dar are si suprafata cea mai mare de contact cu radiatorul, deci e mai usor de racit, dar are 0.6A @ 12.2V, deci 7.2W. Din cate tin eu minte, ala mic e pentru 9-12V, asta mare e pentru 12-14V.

Acum hai cu 14.4V. Ala mic e pur si simplu nemernic, ajunge la 2.75A, deci ~40W(!). De incins se incinge aproape instantaneu, in 3-4 secunde nu mai poti tine mana pe spatele de aluminiu. Chiar daca luam in calcul pierderile, pe la 2200 (3200) lumeni tot ajunge.

Ala mare la 14.4V e destul de chill, are 1.5A deci 20W, 1400 (1900) lumeni. Se tine mult mai rece.

Cel mare e lumina alba pura, ala mic e 2500k, incandescent type.

Trebuie sa-mi vina radiator pentru ala mic, dar nu stiu cat voi putea da in el, ca nu e foarte mare radiatorul. 150x20x6mm. La 12V ar trebui sa duca fara probleme.

Sursa 12V 30A

COB Leds

Daca vrei Step-up Module sau Step-Down module.

Radiator, si niste regulatoare de curent care s-ar putea dovedi utile(vrei mai mult le pui in paralel). Vezi ca-s pt max 6v insa.

L.E. Calculele mele de mai sus sunt eronate, aparent astea au eficienta de vreo 90-100lm/w, deci puterea alora testate era mult mai mare.

pana la capat merg pe led-urile acestea(12-14V 0.72A) pe radiatorul si pe sursa propusa de tine. mai trebuie sa vad cum le fac controlul de luminozitate.

Referitor la radiator, s-ar putea sa tina in frau vreo 7-10W. Am montat led-ul mare pe un radiator considerabil mai mare decat cel recomandat de mine mai sus si la 15-20W e cam la limita. N-am pus sonda pe el sa vad ce temperatura are exact. Asa ca mai bine mergi pe asta, macar stii o treaba.

Tot in gama aia de pret, gasesti asa ceva care e mult mai serios. Dar e deja prea mare pentru ce vrei, si te mai costa si transportul 7 lei.

Revin cu o poza cu al meu in 5 minute.

Pozele

L. E. 90 oC dupa aproximativ 45 de minute la 13.5v @ 1.15A (15W).

Mergi pe radiatorul mai mare, ala mic tine vreo 7W max dupa parerea mea. Prin comentariile aluia mic o sa vezi ca zice unul ca l-a folosit pentru doua led-uri de 3W.

Sau fa ceva racire activa cu termocupla, sa dea drumul la vent cand ajunge la 80 grade.

Chestia la mien va fi ca nu le folosesc sa iluminez area de lucru ci doar zona unde este biroul. ceva de genu lumina indirecta pe perete. la mine va batea de sus pe birou, atat. Daca am nevoie de lumina locala atunci trec la o lampa si gata.

Nu cred ca voi folosii cei 10W.

Atunci n-ai treaba, e suficient si ala mic. Daca ii dai 5W o sa fie rece de tot, si tot o sa aiba 500 lumeni. Cam ca un bec incandescent de 50W.

Daca vrei iluminarea zonei, nu ar fi mai bine o lumina calda? Parca e mai odihnitoare pentru ochi.

Ideea e ca o va folosi pentru iluminarea zonei biroului, deci monitorul va parea ca are un alb foarte rece daca merge pe iluminare cu 3000k. De-aia eu zic ca ar trebui lumina apropiata de temperatura (optima) a monitorului, si anume 6000-6500k.
