E normal sa atinga placutele pe spate in disc, deoarece azi am incercat sa reglez frana de mana si nu am putut din cauza ca nu imi dadeam seama ce atinge mai exact? La mana se poate roti, dar pe o bucata agata mai mult, iar pe o bucata mica deloc. Prima data m-am gandit la disc stramb, dar daca era stramb trebuia sa fie mai grav. Mai mult ma gandesc ca pistonul nu mai revine 100% dupa franare.

Daca sunt noi placutele e posibil sa nu se fi ,,tocit" pe discuri. Teoretic nu ar trebui sa atinga placutele discul cand nu e actionata frana.

Nu sunt noi. Ele ating, dar pot sa invart la mana fara prea mari probleme, dar totusi o sa ma duc la mecanic sa vad daca nu cumva s-a gripat un pic pistonul si nu mai revine total.

Daca se gripa pistonul si atingea continuu placuta iesea fum din ele dupa 300m. Believe me, asa am facut brake-in la discurile spate, am tras frana de mana putin si am mers cu ele. M-a depasit un nor de fum cand am oprit.

Daca auzi huruit la franare e posibil sa se fi tocit discurile incat suprafata de contact a placutei sa intre normal in canalul facut pe disc, insa buza discului s-ar putea sa atinga in metalul(baza) placutei.

Daca ai dubii du-te la mecanic. Se poate vedea foarte usor pe placuta cum calca.

La franare nu se aude nimic. Pana sa dau jos roata nici nu stiam ca ating placutele asa ca oricum nu e nimic grav. Daca e doar discul un pic ovalizat, pot sa traiesc bine mersi asa. Dar ma duc saptamana viitoare la un control sa stiu ca e totul bine sau imi iau cheia necesara si dau jos etrierul ca sa pot sa reglez sabotii in liniste si apoi ma duc.

Discuri si placute montate vineri, calca ok, cred. Gri mat sunt vopsite din fabrica, ca protectie.

N-am avut drum pe autostrada, dar i-am dat azi ~120 + franare treptata ca sa fac giratoriul, treaba asta o fac cam in fiecare dimineata cand ma duc la giob, viteza depinde de dispozitie. Vineri-duminica mers prin oras.
De ce ?

Break-in-ul e un rahat.

Daca sunt proaste sunt proaste indiferent de rodaj, break-in, incantatii.
Daca sunt bune sunt bune: le utilizezi normal si daca trebuie le calci si franeaza beton.

Break-in-ul e un rahat. Am mai zis asta?

P.S. Absolut toate placutele si discurile necesita un rodaj: aka mergi cu ele o perioada pana prind 100%.

Ideea la break-in-ul ăla e să pui o suprafață de material abraziv din plăcuțe pe disc cāt mai rapid că altfel īn caz de forță majoră s-ar putea să ai surprize că nu prind frānele cum trebuie.

My point exactly. Cand am iesit din service dupa primul schimb am pus frana si mai mult am franat aerodinamic. Si da, am fost atent sa nu intru ca boul in vreo intersectie. Ideea e ca mi-am facut rodajul ca sa ajunga la 100% eficienta pana ajung cu ea acasa si-o las in parcare, pentru ca, dupa cum zice si Steve-o, daca aveam nevoie de ele si nu tineau cum trebuie dadeam in rahaturi mai mari.

Ideea de break-in pe autostrada e ca in vreo 5 franari de la 130>50 le-ai adus la randament maxim. In oras ai nevoie de mai mult timp.

In oras dupa schimb cu discuri si placute bune in 5Km ai frana 90% ca si eficienta. Restul de 10% vine in maxim 200Km. Vorbesc de Logan ATE+ATE mers usor pe stradute cu frana si acceleratia apasate simultan (tric invatat de la un mecanic de la Dacoserv) vreo 200-300m si apoi in 5 Km era pregatita pentru sotie.

In schimb cu Leguma discuri Brembo + placute Ferodo Premier dupa 1000Km si 2 break-in-uri de mi-a intrat fum de frane in habitaclu tot nu prindeau cum trebuie. Proaste si unele si altele.

Care e logica sa cumperi 1 brand de discuri si alt brand de placute ? cand pui discuri noi ma refer

Unii fac discuri bune, altii fac placute bune. Asa se zicea in targ.

In practica iti iei tzeapa.

Exista perechi, ca Ferodo nu-si testeaza placutele pe discuri Brembo. De-aia e bine sa iei placute + discuri de la acelasi producator.
