Nu-i mare branza (pun intended ): piept de pui afumat, telemea Hochland (la conserva - cea mai buna branza "de stat" imho), ambele taiate felii/cuburi si sare.

Secretul e sa o faci la foc mic, in felul asta se coace suficient cat sa o tai in 4 si sa o intorci (se poate intoarce si dintr-o bucata, dar e mai greu si se lasa cu spalat pe jos de multe ori) si in acelasi timp nu se arde.

@Steve-o este cea din link-ul lui DeDeRa, ultima din dreapta (click).

@ Monstru se gaseste branza buna si "la tarani", dar mie mi-e teama sa cumpar de unde nu stiu, plus ca poti nimeri ceva ce nu iti place. Iar gust exact ca asta nici eu nu am mai nimerit, poate nu caut unde trebuie...

@sleepy_j lasa firmele de catering ca primesti clatite facute din pasta cumparata din Carrefour.
Daca vrei ceva bun trebui sa-l faci cu mana ta. Eu urmez reteta asta si nu cred ca am mancat ceva mai bun.

@mascotzel brand-ul e nemtesc, dar sincer nu stiu unde au fabrici

Iepure impanat cu sunca afumata, usturoi, vin rosu, masline si rata umpluta cu portocale,garnitura de cartofi copti -umpluti.

Ca desert NU vreau sa pun pozele cu eclerele, facute in aceeasi bucatarie studenteasca, ca pe urma mor de pofta. Dar pun o poza cu o creatie proprie, budinca in 3 straturi, intoarsa.
