Nu e subtire, treaba ei nu e sa absoarba sunetul care vine spre ea, ci sa faca masa unitara cu tabla si sa-i schimbe frecventa de rezonanta. Ea, standalone nu face nimic, odata lipita pe tabla o opreste sa mai vibreze. Uite aici comparatie, fata e facuta, spatele e stock. Din cate tin minte am pus STP silver(am cutia la maica-mea, dar 90% e Silver care are 1.8mm).

Exista si de 8mm, dar e absolut degeaba in cazul asta. Arcele rotilor au si o forma anume mai rigida care opreste rezonantele (spre deosebire de tabla dreapta a portierelor). Adica daca bati in ele cum am facut eu, o sa sune mai plin.

Uite aici exemplu, 320Ron / 20kg vopsea cauciucata. Daca cauti gasesti variante si mai ieftine(te poti duce direct in Autovit in Bucuresti cand mai ai drum pe-aici). Crede-ma, cu 20kg faci mai mult decat cu un pack de STP. Si e mult mai recomandata la exterior.

In interior pe podea de exemplu as pune STP de 3.5 + pasla auto, daca e de facut ceva mega-extra. Altfel STP Silver de 1.8 + pasla originala a masinii o sa imbunatateasca considerabil zgomotul.

Again, nu pune pasla/burete in exterior ca nu castigi nimic, o sa pastrezi umezeala acolo. La arcele rotilor vine 80% vibratie transmisa prin mecanica(amortizoare, bascule, etc), nu sunet transmis prin aer.

Eu la interior vreau să fac. Şi fiind Logan, n-aş băga chiar STP, dar vopsea + fonimin ar trebui să fie OK-ish.

My turn now, unde retușez si eu bubele astea in Bucuresti? Doar pe partea cu tabla expusa, in rest nu mă interesează.

P.S. Tabla buna pe Megane, zonele erau atinse de cand am luat masina(in 2012. ). Abia anul asta a inceput sa se vada rugina si am zis ca e momentul sa le fac.

Bagat LUK, kit complet + simering din cutia de viteze + uleiul din cutia de viteze - 2300 + 400 manopera
Schimbat capac culbutori (cu filtrul epurator al vietii) - 275 aftermarket
F ulei, motorina, aer toate de la UFI, ulei liqui moly ford 5w40 - 600
Va tb sa reconditionez si turbo, are joc in ax cam 2 mm fata de centru. Sau sa o schimb cu alta sh fara joc nu stiu

Acu' 45k km am reconditionat turbina, pana acu' flawless. Pret ~1200lei parca, in 2015.

Reconditionare: la AVD Turbo costa intre 900 si 1200 lei de reconditionat.

A mea dupa reconditionare merge mai bine ca, cu 100.000Km in urma cand am luat masina.

Eu nu am decat 5000Km cu ea reconditionata.

si eu am nevoie de reconditionat turbo , maine cercetez , momentan schimb radiatorul de ac a 2 -a oara , acum am luat unul mai scump , 530 lei fata de 330 lei primul ...kisss in freza cu materialul lor tare ca untul .
Am schimbat filtre si ulei , alea pun mai iefitne ca le schimb des acasa chiar daca nu circul ...

Acum o saptamana am rupt a doua turbina (cea luata SH din Polonia cu 750Ron, cica de pe "Qashqai 2010 cu 50.000km"). A mers bine pana cand in sarcina medie a murit. Mai facusem vreo 30.000km eu cu ea.

La secunda 5, aici:

Daca ar fi fost iar axul ar fi insemnat problema cu ungerea. Din "fericire" s-a rupt o pala de pe evacuare (aruncata probabil in evacuare, deci no worries here).

Am schimbat totusi si pompa de ulei cu toate ca si cea veche era buna, dar asta noua e versiune noua cu debit marit. Se si vede ca e mai mare. Presiunea trebuie sa fie 1.2bar la ralanti, 3-3.5bar in turatii. Acum sta la 2bar la ralanti, si 4bar in turatii. Deci motorul e brici.

Referitor la turbina, am pus-o inapoi pe cea reconditionata la AVD Turbo si pam-pam, au revenit simptomele care m-au facut s-o iau pe asta din Polonia. Lag cacalau, fluierat si un drop de presiune initial imediat cum ajunge in sarcina maxima.

Fluieratul e dependent de presiune, nu de turatia turbinei. Adica probabil scapa aer prin corpul ei pe la vreo garnitura eventual, nu e axul dereglat (acolo era fluierat in functie de RPM).

Next step, turbo nou, original BorgWarner dupa ce mai strang niste banuti.

Stock. Nu se baga nimeni sa puna mai mare pe 1.5dci, iar eu unul n-am gasit ceva compatibil. Si cand le zic de turbina hibrida astora incep sa rada. )

Dar acum ca o am pe asta sparta, daca gasesc o varianta interesanta poate reusesc sa-i pun interne mai mari.

Si da, toti prietenii mei se mira ca a rezistat atat tabla aia expusa. Acum o sa-i dau cu niste feruginol din cand in cand pana le retusez.

Nu am avut probleme cu RENO cat am avut . Daca faci revizii la timp si ai grija de ea , e ce trebuie . Daca o iei hartanita si incerci sa ai grija de ea , din pacate are sechele ce nu se pot remedia. Nasol cu turbina maestre ..... fa-i vant . Devine costisitor.

Btw ... un motor 1.5 DCi de LOGAN cred ca e ieftin , asa ca ... poti face switch complet ... stiu ca-s fiabile .

Nu-i fac niciun vant, anul trecut am bagat 2-3k eur in bucsaraie, amortizoare, frane, etc. Am kit-ul nou de ambreiaj luat (2000Ron). Schimbat senzori pe la motor(~700Ron). Motorul merge impecabil, sa o dau cand pot sa schimb doar turbina e degeaba. Cu atat mai putin sa-l schimb cu totul, doar nu-s nebun.

P.S. Loganul n-are varianta de 106cp :P

Cand citesc ce cheltuieli sunt cu masinile voastre ajung la concluzia ca poate nu folosesc masina suficient de mult incat sa am astfel de probleme si cheltuieli.

Mecanicul mi-a recomandat sa-i schimb miezu'
Mi-a dat nr de tel al cuiva din Iasi, e 500 lei si e fabricat in India. Mi-a zis ca a schimbat la logan si skoda si a fost ok. Nu necesita echilibrare, doar montaj.

Puteam evident sa rezolv probabil la o treime din cost sau poate chiar si un sfert daca luam chestii SH, dar tot ce-am pus am pus top. Lemforder&Co adica.

boggy stie ca glumesc, am si io doo frantuzisme (decat un clio si o laguna) si inca doo in familie (socru si cumnantu)
totate merg cinstit raportat la mentenanta, stil de condus si rulaj.
