Default Warranty void when changing GPU Cooler? Yes/No by Brand

I'd like to keep this first post in English, to help any others that are searching for information regarding this. I did and I didn't find it well structured anywhere. We'll continue in Romanian as usual further on the thread.

Because I'll be upgrading my GPU soon I'm interested in purchasing a brand that allows replacing the stock cooler with a waterblock, without voiding the warranty. That's why I began contacting as many of them and I'm waiting for a reply.

I'll quickly sort them in two categories, then post the reply from each below.

WARRANTY OK ON SWAP

Regarding the provided link, the promotion is indeed valid with these selected products only.

If you wish to purchase graphic card with air stock cooler, this cooler can be changed to different coolers as well.
As long as the original cooler is put back on the card in original and undamaged condition for warranty claim.

Because our engineers will examine the return condition of graphic card.

Evga same policy:
The product must be returned to EVGA in the original factory configuration and condition. All aftermarket modification must be reversed before sending in the product for replacement.

Yep, acum am primit si eu raspuns de la ei cu acelasi lucru. Era stiut ca la EVGA se pastreaza garantia, dar am urmat aceeasi procedura (email direct catre ei) pentru toti.

Ma bucur insa enorm ca la ZOTAC e la fel. Am o slabiciune pentru seria lor Pascal, iar vestea asta cu garantia vine la fix.

Pai eu le scriu la suport tehnic si ei imi zic mura in gura ca e ok, iar tu zici ca nu e oficial?

Am primit raspuns si de la Inno3d acum, dar din chingleza lor inteleg ca... nu se pierde garantia? Voi ce intelegeti de aici?

Scuze pentru stergere, nu am vrut sa fac topicu vraiste. Eu am patit cu asus la un laptop, am sunat ca se incingea si au zis ca este ok sa schimb pasta... dupa cateva luni au aparut probleme la gpu cand am mers in service ooo ai schimbat pasta nu face obiectul garantiei. Pai am vorbit la call center si a zis ca este ok, raspuns: cu cine ai vorbit mai exact? si pa garantie 3k ron
PS: tu ai scris macar

I bought an MSI 1070 Aero and the cooler had a seal on one of the screws, but contacted MSI and asked them if I could change the thermal paste on it without voiding the warranty and they said "ok". My 1070 Aero is still working fine so no warranty claims on it yet.

EVGA is the only maker who officially provides warranty even when stock cooling is removed.
By that I mean - as a policy, not chat answers.
