Am comandat asa:

Myprotein Beta Alanine - 250G Unflavoured
Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate, Tropical - 1KG
Impact Whey Protein, Coffee Caramel, 5kg
Un blender de 600g si o cupa mare(70cl, inteleg ca ar insemna 25g)

Din ce-am citit, Beta Alanina ajuta creatina. Adica, in loc de 10g de creatina, mai bine 5g creatina + 1.5g Beta Alanina.

Reactii adverse la asta? :P

P.S. Faza cu scaderea lui dickinson si aparitia de cosuri am inteles ca e strans legata de faptul ca trebuie sa te hidratezi mult mai mult, creatina deshidratand. Chiar daca nu simti sete tot trebuie sa bagi lichide in tine.

Cam 2,5g beta-alanina e doza obisnuita. Oricum nu se iau niciodata 10g creatina, ci intre 3 si 5g pe zi sunt suficient. De asemenea, sucraloza este toxica, nu e vorba ca n-ar fi prea sanatoasa, e vorba ca e otrava, dar ma rog. Daca aviatoare baga fara aroma.

75 de kg 1.85 m,11 luni de sala fara suplimente, unghiul pozei avantajeaza foarte mult......

Unde gasesc si eu faina de migdale? De cand am trecut pe keto nu m-am mai atins de paine, dar as baga chestii gen sandwich, sau un pate/zacusca pe paine, dar n-am cum. Am gasit o reteta de paine keto si as vrea sa incerc, dar tin minte ca am cautat odata cu prietena faina de migdale pentru macarons si n-am gasit neam.

L.E. O sa incerc initial cu faina de dovleac, in comparatie cu faina alba care la 100g are 75-80g carbohidrati, 1g grasimi si 12g proteine, asta are 15g carb / 12g grasimi / 54g proteine. Cica atunci cand se foloseste la panificatie in locul fainii albe, trebuie doar adaugat un ou extra la reteta.

Vezi la farmacia tei, la dristor. Unde intri in partea de ,,market" gasesti toti dracii. Am vazut si faina de migdale.

Parca mai sunt si la rafturile bio in auchan/carrefour.

M-am uitat dupa de curiozitate pe net si nu dau 25-40 ron pe 250gr de faina de migdale, wtf. )

Cred ca e mai ieftina in farmacie, gasesti mai multe tipuri. Pe site nu au tot ce e in farmacie.

De asemena, vezi painea grau intreg daca te coafeaza, eu mananc de vreo 2 ani si mi se pare cea mai buna si satioasa paine din comert.

Da, ies sumpe bulcile, e multa branza, si "faina" de migdale. Insa sunt SUPER satioase, gen o bulca cat palma e mai mult decat deajuns.

peanut butter + melted butter -> se amesteca putin, eu folosesc peanut butter smooth(nu crunchy), pana devine mai pasta. Se adauga nuca de cocos pana devine ceva mai tare, ca si consistenta. bagat la congelator 1 ora sa se intareasca, scos, taiat cubulete si pastrat in frigider.
Daca aveti ceva indulcitor (stevie or smf) asta trebuie pus in unt, la incalzit neaparat, altfel da un gust ciudat. Puteti sa mai adaugati o lingura de cacao daca vreti. E the shnizzle.

In rest nuts, nuts. Carne de vita multicica cu legume. Avocado, peste gras. sunt cateva site-uri care au retete multicele strict pentru keto (diet doctor parca e unul dintre, delish mai are daca dai search keto special)

dar ca si preturi, keto nu este ieftin.

Also despre powders and crap, am luat si sincer nu am simtit f tare diferenta. Momentan am un program ceva mai lejer si nu-mi dau seama daca bcaa m-au ajuatat la recuperare sau nu, insa nu as lua nimic in afara de bcaa. Cel mai bun e sa mananci calumea, e mai scump clar, insa calitatea proteinei + minerale and crap care intra in tine e diferita.

Keto e cea mai scumpa dieta. 1 kg paste e 6 lei, 1 kg orez tot cam acolo, dar 1 kg nuci e 40 lei sau alune de padure 80 lei. De asemenea multi nu inteleg ca keto se tine cu cel putin 65% grasimi. Keto e very high fat, medium protein, no carb (decat ce rămâne inevitabil in diverse alimente<<ideal sub 30-35g pe zi>>).

Ca alune mananc de obicei de-alea din LIDL(ori in coaja, ori de-alea rumenite fara ulei, cu piper), in general cu alea trec "peste zi", intre mese. Sunt destul de ieftine, parca ~20ron/kg. Mananc o singura data pe zi, dar atunci ce-mi pofteste inima (keto adica). De la oua prajite cu bacon, la conserve de ton cu legume si chestii de genul. Asadar in 4-5 zile pe saptamana am fasting de +22h. In ~3 luni am slabit de la 85kg la 74.5kg, cu un stil in mare parte sedentar(am 1.80 inaltime). Acum o sa incep sala sa pun niste masa. Cantarul imi zice ca am 16.5% procentaj de grasime.

Eu unul sunt super multumit, dupa ce te obisnuiesti nu mai duci lipsa de dulciuri, biscuiti, sau rahaturi de genul. Daca vreau neaparat dulce bag o nectarina sau o portocala, macar stiu ca e natural + vitamine.
