Default Ventilatorul - un rau necesar

Threadul va contine tot ce este legat de ventilatoare:
- noutati
- teste (link-uri la review-uri)
- documentatie
- eventual poze (pot intra si la air cooling gallery)
- discutii
Am spus ca ventilatorul este un rau necesar deoarece atrage praful, face zgomot, dar fara el nu putem asigura unui calculator (racit cu aer) parametrii normali de functionare.
Deci domnilor pasionati de acest domeniu desfasurati-va in voie

Eu nu pricep pasareasca lui Schiller, dar sper din suflet ca nu au testat NF-S12B pe un heatsink, atata timp cat Noctua precizeaza foarte clar ca ala este fan de carcasa iar NF-P12 este fan-ul destinat folosirii impreuna cu un heatsink...

poate cineva scurt si la obiect sa-mi recomande un ventilator bun de bus pe radiator (watercooling)
conditii: ieftin, bun, silentios (la 5V)
am ca optiuni atm: Scithe GT (1850 RPM) sharkoon (2000 RPM) noctua din pacate sunt cam scumpe pt mine atm.

Documenteaza-te bine inainte sa cumperi ceva de genul.Fan-urile astea de peste 1200 RPM au tendinta de a nu porni la tensiunea de 5V.

cele mentionate de mine pornesc toate (pe incercate :P)
am facut un sistem de comutatori din care pot trece de la 5 la 12V, silentiozitate 4 dayli use si performanta maxima pt OC/Bench

Sa inteleg ca vrei neaparat ceva subvoltat. Slip streamurile de 1900 sau Noiseblocker XLP mi se par cele mai oki fiindca misca mult aer si au presiune buna.

La Slip stream nu strica sa bagi o picatura de ulei la rotor fiindca vin cam uscate din fabrica.

Pentru un radiator de watercooling iti trebuie ceva volum de aer miscat asa ca daca ai loc pentru ventilatoare de 38mm te-as sfatui sa folosesti asa ceva. Eu folosesc 4 buc. Scythe Ultra Kaze 2000rpm subvoltate la 5v !

Sunt curios ce zic aia de Akasa Apache PWM, imi vin 2 bucati cu Megahalemul si in afara de faptul ca sunt foarte scumpe (18 E/bucata) si ce-am citit prin specificatii nu prea stiu mare lucru de ele. Mie mi-au iesit super bine ca si combo impreuna cu Megahalemul, tot tacamul 70 E iar daca iau Megahalemul separat era 55 E sa nu mai spun ca bracketul pentru al 2-lea cooler mai costa si ala 4 E, deci in concluzie am luat 2 fanuri de 36 E la pretul de 11 Euro.

Da dar poate iti trebuie si ceva presiune ori aceeasi presiune nu o atingi cu un vent de 38 cm la aceeasi turatie cu unul de 25.
Plus ca am vazut ca Ultra Kaze de 1000rpm are doar 44CFM....
Eu pt WC as merge pe Scythe Gentle Typhoon.

GT-urile au presiune penibila. Ale mele de 1450rpm imping aproximativ la fel de tare ca un SlipStream 1200rpm, daca nu mai prost chiar.

Nu te lua dupa specificatiile de pe net pentru ca majoritatea sunt umflate. Ultra Kaze (38mm) la 1000rpm sufla mai tare decat absolut orice ventilator de 25mm la 1000rpm. Eu nu am nevoie neaparat de presiune pentru ca radiatorul e destul de gaurit, ci mai degraba de debit !

Sincer, pe mine m-au cam dezamagit GT-urile. Personal, Slipstream-urile mi se par cele mai ok ventilatoare de sistem din toate punctele de vedere: rpm/debit/zgomot/pret.
edit: am incercat atat pe heatsink, cat si pe case. GT-ul la 800 rpm pe care il am sufla la fel ca un SS la 500rpm iar la capitolul zgomot nu am observat nici o diferenta (aici intervine subiectivismul ).

Fiecare ventilator are un scop. Daca folosesti GT-urile pe heatsink e normal sa nu fie la fel de bun ca altele facute pentru asa ceva. Dar la zgomot nu au concurenta.
