I wanna ask if Romania has special visa? Or I can cross border with Shengen one?

Hmm.... I am not sure about that. We are in the European Union, so same rules apply here. But we are not in Shengen space, so I do not know what to say about this. I think it might require a special visa, but I don't think that would be a problem to get.
